Beautiful! It was a birthday present for my daughter & she is in love with it! The option to have her name engraved for no extra cost was a great perk & made it extra special! All of the engraving was flawless & beautiful, definitely money well spent!
My girl has been wanting a Stanley cup and I wanted something one of kind and unique for her. After searching high and low I came across J and J let me tell you I 'm so grateful I did. I wanted the black chroma but it was out of stock. I contacted J and J if they would getting anymore. They reach back multiple times right away letting me know that they did have more on order for stock and when it was available. That extra notice was what won be to make the buy. The details of the custom engraving is so much better then any picture you see. I picked the 3 day UPS delivery for few bucks more and not only come on time but due quality planning of J and J. She got the delivery a day head of the ESD that was given.This gift was a true hit with my and I will be using this company again for sure. If your second guessing your buy don't think twice you won't regret it at all. Thank you J and J you make my GF one happy and special girl.
I bought this Kuromi Tumbler for my GF, and it looks perfect. Firstly, before purchasing this item, I had some questions about the design of the tumbler, and the response time was quite good, I would say. I sent a message on Saturday at 7:38 PM Central Daylight Time (GMT-5), and received a reply at 7:54 that same day. I also sent another message on Monday at 11:21 AM, on Memorial Day, and received a reply the next day at 11:13 AM, which is still within the 24-hour reply time they promise. I placed my order on May 28th at 1:30 pm, and it was estimated to arrive on June 5th, using their most basic shipping option. However, the tumbler arrived on June 2nd, which is quite incredible, I think. Lastly, the actual product is just as advertised, and I did not notice any imperfections. It even came with a straw cover.
In conclusion, 10/10 would definitely buy again.
Engraved looks nice and fun but I ordered the purple one on the pink and received a green color 😡

During checkout, we have a required agreement checkbox noting that photos are for design reference only and to use the color chart and drop-down options on each product for color selection since it would be impossible for us to show every design on every color and size of tumbler.
